I layer my moisturizers, which makes my complexion fresher. Especially after I’ve been on the road for weeks at a time.
First I smooth on a lighter daily lotion, then I follow with another layer of lotion or an SPF lotion, depending on the time of the year.
2. Sane Workouts
After having kids I used to think that I didn’t have time to do an hour long workout class. But now, I make sure to do a little something every day: a brisk walk for 10 minutes or a T25 Beachbody workout for 25 minutes at home. Then a few times a week, I do a longer workout.

3. Coconut Oil
I buy a jar of it at the store and I add it to my daily body lotion. It makes my skin incredibly soft and smooth – and it’s cheap, so I don’t mind going through it fast.
4. Smart Snacks
I try to eat fewer process foods, reduce carb intake and fuel my body with lots of fresh fruits and veggies. This a much easier in the summer time, when produce is in season and amazing!
To satisfy my carb craving I munch on Blue Diamond Almond Nut-thins crackers.
Express your love to the ones you care most about! With your kids – find 10 minutes a day to be present with a few distractions as possible. Prioritize time with your spouse too. Try to keep it simple and special.
